I hope that my actions will help grow the server as well as make it a fun environment, however due to how my shifts at work are set up and with the increasing costs of power I’m afraid I might not hit time quotas if there are any and I would like to talk with the Head of staff about that if I was accepted (154 words)[/b] How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? (50 Word Minimum) [b]If someone is cursing in a sit you can use the !gag [name] command to stop them cursing and depending on my rank in staff I might call a higher up for suggestions on what to do or ask if he can join the sit, this would make it easier to handle the situation (54 words)[/b] An Adminstrator is abusing his power, so how do you proceed? (150 Word Minimum) [b]If I saw any member of the staff team abusing any of the commands they have access to, I would first try to talk with that member of staff to figure out if it is abuse, if I can confirm it as abuse I would then ask any other staff online to help me collect evidence, using capture software like Obs to record their actions, I would get multiple clips or as many clips as possible for me to get and/or take lots and lots of screenshots whenever I can even tho it might be hard once I’ve got a large about evidence that correctly proves it, I would send it all to higher members of staff, like the head admin and maybe Hord himself if the situation was dire enough, them they would hopefully those I have contacted will be able to stop them and deal with the situation.
